Donostia Squid in Ink (calamares en tinta) is produced in Galicia in northwest Spain. Tender squid pieces in a sauce of squid ink, tomato, and spices.
Serve mixed with any of our Rancho Gordo heirloom beans. Add a salad and your best bread and you have redefined the meaning of "fast food."
Gently warm the contents of your tin and add enough cooked beans to make you happy. White beans seem the most obvious but don't limit your imagination.
